KARO-HR contains functions associated with personnel management (Human Resource Management System). It is developed in WEB technique; that means - all functions of the application are available through the internet browser. Our solution allows, considerably, to reduce time of implementation and training the Users. Construction of KARO-HR enables integration with any personnel-wage application operating on the database compatible with the SQL standard, e.g. DB2, ORACLE, MS SQL Server.
Basic functional features:
* Multilingualism
Operator selects language, Polish and English versions are available (German language preparation in progress)
* The tool enabling translation of a screen and dictionary sets into any language that is delivered with the application. Independence from the hardware and database platform
* Data protection
* The system of passwords, individual operator's accounts, control of access, authorization to the system's functions and to information (to the box level). Web-based access
* Cooperation with personnel-wage systems of other producers
It requires only adaptation of interface programs for retrieving data from external database or for cyclic importing basic information about the employee.

* RECRUITMENT - Recruitment drive
* TRAINING - trainings, planning and managing the budget of training

* DOCUMENT'S WORKFLOW.
Offered modules are independent, that means it is possible to order one of them or any required composition, except STRUCTURE. Module STRUCTURE is mandatory, because contains definitions necessary for other modules.
