MakroPro and MakroPro Alu doors are modern industrial sectional doors designed for industrial objects, food industry objects, warehouses, workshops and administrative buildings.
Available in standard dimnesions - WI?NIOWSKI Company offers industrial sectional doors in standard dimensions. The architects of some object can plan the dimensions of the door and the clients can buy it in a good price as a standard product.
Warm - the heat transfer coefficient for MakroPro sectional door is Uk = 1,0 W/m2 x K. To ensure good thermal isolation inside the building the door is equipped with a rubber seal along the entire perimeter and seals between the sections. The door leaf is made of steel 40 [mm] thick sections filled with polyurethane foam.
Special dimensions - MakroPro and MakroPro Alu doors are manufactured according to clients’ orders; the dimensions are adjusted to the dimensions of the existing opening. The doors are available in all dimensions up to 8000 [mm] wide and up to 5000 [mm] high.
Safe - the doors are manufactured in conformity with European norms and standards. The safety is guaranteed by safety devices, preventing the door leaf from crashing down in case of spring or cable damage. Automatically operated doors can be equipped with: photocells, safety edge bar sensors, signalling lamps.
Comfortable - to ensure comfortable operation, the door can be opened in several different ways: by means of a chain or cord transmission or a compact motor with \"up-stop-down\" switch. Optionally the door can be equipped with a code lock, a magnetic card reader or a remote control. Module structure of the drive unit allows connecting other devices cooperating with the door, e.g. automatic wash.
Solid and durable - constructional elements of the door are made of galvanized steel (rails, connecting elements) or steel sheet, galvanized and coated with polyester paints (sections). The door leaf is made of 40 [mm] thick sections. Long-term use is guaranteed by high quality sections available in several versions: full steel sections, steel glazed sections and aluminium glazed sections. In sections the system of multi-layer bended sheet was applied, which assures stable mounting of the hinges.
Efficient and silent - the rolls, moving along the rails are equipped with bearings and covered with plastic to make them move and rotate smoothly in the hinges. This system assures smooth, silent and stable work of the door.
Universal - the types of door and assembly can be adjusted to the requirements of industrial buildings and warehouses. You can choose between several basic types of guidance. Sectional doors can be assembled in any conditions and in every room.
