This kit can be used for the determination of BPA in urine, serum, plasma, cells, and tissues following proper isolation and purification. Instructions are provided as to the properisolation and purification in the following pages. The free BPA level in urine or cell culture media can be measured using the BPA ELISA, without ethyl acetate extraction after 4-fold dilution of the sample. The glucuronidated BPA level can also be measured without extraction after beta-glucuronidase treatment using our specific protocol.
