Characteristics:

The main structure of the machine is in soldered steel giving it high robustness. Easy to transfer, it moves in four wheels vulcanized in rubber.
All the pieces used up will take bronze replaceable sleeves. The vibrator vein is installed over high speed roller-bearings and equipped with an electric motor of 2 HP (..V) .The vibration is adjusted with a pedal, allowing the operator to have his hands free to handle the machine

Service Instructions:

CEMENT MORTAR FOR PRODUCTION OF BLOCKS

Cement motor manufacture - Normally the dosages are 6 portions of 1 equal portion of cement. The sand portions will be 5 of the coarse sand more 1 of fine sand.

The coarse sands or "Pebble" shall have as maximum dimensions 1/3 of the block density or wall block density according the type of block (heavy or bored block).

The fine sands must have some dust for one best connection of the cement mortar. The cement used is the normal of consumption. The mixture must be homogeneous enough.

The mixture quality must be semidry, lightly humid. We can prove this quality pressing a little quantity of the cement mortar in the hand. At the same time we must verify if the mixture becomes homogeneous or on the contrary it becomes disintegrated. In the last case we must consider the cement motors improper, so we must add more fine components.
