PRIMEROY® L
Second product of Milton Roy compact industrial dosing pump range
with a hydraulically actuated diaphragm

After the still successful PRIMEROY® K, the new PRIMEROY® L is the second product of Milton Roy range of compact industrial dosing pumps. The PRIMEROY® L is designed around the GSD diaphragm liquid end (Global Security Device – patented). Thanks to this innovative design and its dimensions then dramatically reduced the PRIMEROY® L is just one of the most compact industrial pumps ever in its category.

THE GSD DIAPHRAGM PROVIDES:
• A triple hydraulic security
o internal pressure safety valve,
o diaphragm controlled hydraulic oil refill,
o protection valve preventing from diaphragm overrunning and extrusion
• The IMI* system (Installation Monitoring Indicator) allowing visualization of most shifts in the dosing process,

• Enhanced robustness and compactness thanks to the GSD diaphragm
• Down to -8 meters of water suction lift
• No risk of oil mixing (hydraulic and mechanical) as only one oil type is needed for the liquid end and mechanical parts

MAIN APPLICATIONS
The PRIMEROY® has been designed to address all industrial applications including metering of corrosive, abrasive, viscous and slurry fluids.

The PRIMEROY® is compliant with the API 675 and ATEX CE EX II 2G/D c T4 standards.

* The IMI system, a Milton Roy Europe innovation, enables to check the good progress of the hydraulic operation, to detect any overpressure of the system or bad discharge conditions (pulsation dampener out of order, lack of damping) and to ensure the diaphragm integrity.
