UNDERFLOOR WHEEL LATHES
The TUP-650 and TUP-650H underfloor wheel lathes are designed for reconditioning the profile of rail vehicle wheelsets which load onto one axle does not exceed 12000daN and in case of TUP-650H – 15000daN. The TUP-650/TUP-650H lathes are adapted for the reconditioning of profile of tramway and light vehicles wheelsets, equipped with absorbing inserts; wheelsets of modern low floor tramways, taking into account their specific design features, especially various construction of driving and slow-speed bogies; wheelsets in drive and slow-speed bogies of subway units; and wheels of frame vehicles, mounted on axle shafts.

We also offer TUP-1500 underfloor wheel lathe too, a model designed for heavy duty vehicles with single axle loads of up to 25,000daN. This lathe is based on the design solutions of TUP-650 model.


MULTI-PURPOSE WHEEL LATHES
The multi-purpose TUU 800/1250 wheel lathes are designed for turning the wheel profiles of rail vehicle wheelsets (both new and used) as well as wheel centres.


FLANGE HEIGHT AND WHEEL DIAMETER MEASUREMENT AND MONITORING
The PZK device is designed for performing automatic, contactless, measurement and monitoring of flange height and wheel diameters on rail vehicle wheelsets.

RAIL SHUNTER
The rail shunter is offered for shunting the tramways and other rail vehicles on the sections of the rail subgrade where the travel with own drive of the vehicles is not possible and their precise positioning in a required place.

PZD OVERLAPPING MACHINES
The family of PZD 150-170 overlapping machines for wheelsets are special purpose devices, designed for overlapping of rings and securing the tyres of the wheelset wheels. The overlapping machines are universal devices, enabling the overlapping of wheels of various diameters with wide range of speeds and overlapping forces.
