The factory specializes in the production of front and rear slow-running gear bicycle steel hubs, one- and multi-speed cranks. these elemnts are easy to assemble to varous types of bicycles for adults and children,practical in production of rehabilitation and training devices and four-wheeled children's vehicles. Moreover ,wemanufacture:
kinetic wheels to training bicycles made of steel sheet,nickel; hangers and stands to bicycles.
We dispose of wide machine park in the range of mechanical working and our own galvanizing plant.We use the following technologies of production:
-cool working (forging,upsetting ; die shining, pressing );
-machining ;
-termo-chemical treatment : cyanide hardening, toughening in chamber furnaces;
-galvanic treatment : zinc coaeting ( with black and white pasivation) ,nickel and chromic coating in supension machine.
We posses richly equipped tool-room and we offer service in the range of utensil works such as : producing pressing moulds, bendr forms,punches,replacements to various machines and instrumentation.
The main profile of our activities is the production of bicycle parts. However,within the alternative production we offer:
