Injection Moulds Division for processing plastics can be considered the most important division of our company.

The division has four fundamental functions:

To produce injection moulds according to the client's needs,
To produce new moulds for our future needs,
To makes sure the moulds keep functioning properly for injection,
to carry through modernisation, conserving and regenerating injection moulds.
Having a strong foundation of rich experience, we produce injection moulds based on the same software as the one used during the process of designing different choices: Rhinoceros,Rhinomold and RhinoCAM.

While producing injection moulds we consult with our client by getting to know his preferences for mould bodies of well-recognised suppliers (Hasco, FCPK BYTÓW, DME) using normalised elements which can noticeably shorten production time of the equipment.

Industrial Design Division has a particular compliance with details made from plastics and metal. A well designed product makes for good business, it is why we think that a perfect design is the basis of attending the producer's goal and achieving great success business wise. The success of a product is assembled by 6 basic and crucial aspects that absolutely need to be met: the look, its function, it's ergonomics, economics, its technique and technology, and content of the product's form.

Injection Moulding Division produces for personal needs as well as for orders from clients.
