TRADITIONAL HOME RECIPE

Nalewki Staropolskie – Traditional Polish Herb and Fruit Vodkas – are made according to the ancient recipes. Fruit of the most noble variety, organically cultivated in small country orchards is integrated with the best varieties of spirit.
The Nalewki are 100% home-produced, with no preservatives, taste enhancers, artificial colourings and chemical substances whatsoever.
The taste of the Nalewki is naturally enriched with aromatic spices, such as fresh juniper fruit, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon sticks, almonds, cloves, honeycombs, orange and lemon peel, fresh ginger, oak bark, the inside of the walnut shell, fresh fir shoots.

Nalewki Staropolskie first mature in the sun, which extracts form the fruit the full bouquet of the most exquisite aromas and tastes. Next, for over 1 year at least, in deep cellars, they are allowed to develop in glass demi-johns and oak barrels. Once the Nalewki have fully developed, they are filtered and bottled.

Different types of the Nalewki are produced in limited series.

•TRADITIONAL CHERRY – Intense ruby colour, unique taste with a touch of stone flavour.
•HONEY CHERRY– Ruby plum colour, with a long taste of premium heather honey.
•ORANGE COFFEE – Surprisingly rich and delicate harmonious taste enveloped in light amaretto haze.
•FOUR SEASONS WITH FIR SHOOTS – Quadruple surprise with a subtle aroma of the sunlit fir woods of the Kampinos Forest.
•UNCLE DIONIZY’S GINGER – The tastes and aromas of fresh ginger, lemon and acacia honey combined into one harmonious flavour with a surprising finale.
•PLUM CHERRY – Full, mature bouquet of smoked plums with a noble taste of cherry in the background, enriched with a touch of stone flavour.
•CHERRY ORANGE – Rare variety of juice cherries complemented with the taste of fresh oranges, with a shade of clove flavour.
