Vattax Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) has been established in 1991. In 1999 our company has obtained the Certificate of the Ministry of Finance and thus has entered the list of entities certified as official accounting services and tax consultants. Our basic operations are book keeping and preparation of tax declarations on behalf of our Clients. Under the letter of attorney, we represent the interests of our Clients at Internal Revenue Offices and sign tax declarations on behalf of them.

As we have been rendering our services since may years, our experience will help us to offer you our own, tested ways of cooperation, which are used by our 250 customers. We serve Polish and foreign companies from all sectors of the economy, independently of their legal form and size.

Vattax Personel Sp. z o.o. has been set up in January 1999 and was established having in mind mainly Employers. Offering services in the scope of remuneration management we aim to release Employers from such time-consuming administration work as calculation of remuneration. We provide each of our customers with an efficient services adapted to its individual needs.

Our strengths are our employees – currently 50 people work for us. Five of them are on the tax consultants list, six of them have the accounting services license – given by the Ministry of Finance. Tracing the continually changing legal system, they provide proper level of formal and legal information to our Clients, Internal Revenue Offices and other institutions. Moreover we try to create possibilities for our staff to improve their qualifications. We are aware that the opinion about our company depends on the opinion about each employee.

Exploitation of external remuneration management services enables entrepreneurs to focus on basic directions of their business, providing them at the same time with a possibility to use knowledge and experiences of specialists, employment of which directly in the company would be economically unjustified.
