The company MACRO-POOL was established in Piła in 1992. Its activity is based on the production of watering and feeding systems for breed animals. At present the company is the largest producer of watering devices for breed animals on the Polish market. In the recent years Macro-Pool has been honoured at the International Poznań Fairs (MTP).
On the "Ferma of Cattle", its drinking bowl PM-5 was granted the title of "Innovation", and on the MTP "Ferma of Pigs and Poultry" the company has beed awarded Gold Medal for cast iron drinking bowls with a valve for flock. The firm has also received Gold Medal for drinking bowl PM-5 at MTP "Ferma of Cattle" in Poznań in 2002.

Nowadays the company has a network of about 350 regular customers in the country at own disposal and also co-operates with foreign partners, from the Czech Republic, Germany and Ukraine.
